TONI BRODELLE – FOUNDER, DIRECTOR AND CREATOR OF INCREDIBLE ME
Toni has been supporting children, young people and the adults in their lives for over 20 years, as an educator, senior leader, project coordinator and non-profit leader. She fundamentally believes that healthy, happy, empowered children and young people learn best and that they go on to use their unique gifts to make the world a brighter place.
Following postgraduate studies in education and leadership roles within primary , secondary and special education, Toni spent years focusing on “the difference which makes the difference” and on supporting children and young people in developing the skills, knowledge and awareness they need in order to become healthy, happy and empowered learners and young change-makers.
Having established and led highly-successful projects focused on supporting emotional wellbeing and empowerment to boost learning and life outcomes, Toni took the best of this work and shaped it into the Incredible Me approach to emotional wellbeing, learning and global empowerment. Since that time, Incredible Me has benefited thousands of children, young people, families and educators, both in the UK and overseas, including offering vital support for those living in conflict zones.
Toni is a fully-qualified educator, coach, mentor and Yoga for Schools facilitator, as well as an accredited Place2Be Community Mental Health Champion. She is trained in support group and parent support facilitation and is also fully DBS-checked and trained in safeguarding. Outside of education, Toni is member of a House of Lords task group on Syria, Advisor to the Happiness Foundation, Associate of the Citizens of the World choir and Parliamentary Spokesperson for Wycombe.
Toni’s work has been featured in the Times Educational Supplement, the Guardian, BBC radio, The Confident Mother book and conference and Bucks Primary and Secondary Education Wellbeing conferences. She was selected as one of Virgin’s global disruptors in education for her cutting-edge approach and recently won a hero award for her community leadership during Covid-19.
Last, but by no means least, she is a dedicated mum to two brilliant and beautiful young humans who inspire her every day.
