Q: Where can I find your terms and conditions?

You can check out our full Ts & Cs here.

Q: What about GDPR?

A: Our GDPR policy is available to download  here.

Q: How do I know Incredible Me sessions will be right for my child/young person?

A: It is vital to us that you have the support which best meets the need of your child/young person, so we offer a FREE initial consultation, which enables us to really get to grips with what you need and how we can best support that. Please also check out our testimonials to see what other people say about us.

Q: How long are the session times?

A: Our standard session length is 1 hour. We do, however, take full account of SEND and can adapt session lengths accordingly if we feel it necessary.

Q: Can I change 1:1 session times?

A: We agree on a set weekly time for sessions. Should you wish to change this lesson time either temporarily or permanently, this must be agreed in advance and any changes made are at the tutor’s discretion. Please do bear in mind that the tutors have busy schedules and other pupils, so are not always able to agree to changes in session time.

Q: Can we book extra sessions, e.g in school holidays or prior to an exam/big event?

A: Yes, you can book extra sessions, subject to availability. The fee will be the same as the fee for scheduled sessions.

Q: Are your tutors and facilitators DBS-checked and SEND trained?

A: All of our tutors/facilitators have attended training on a broad range of SEND and we specialise in supporting children with SEND. We are all DBS-checked.

Q: Do you offer discounts for siblings/block bookings?

A: We offer discounts for block-bookings of 4 and 12 sessions and also for siblings booking sessions at the same time.

Q: HOW MUCH NOTICE DO WE NEED TO GIVE IF WE INTEND TO STOP OUR INCREDIBLE ME 1:1 SESSIONS?

A: We require 6 weeks’ notice, as our tutors/facilitators plan their sessions in advance.

Q: When do Incredible Me small group sessions for children and young people run?

A: These groups run for 12 weeks, which are designed to coincide with school terms, with a break during each half-term holiday.
