Terms and Conditions

Sessions

1.1 OUR SESSIONS: Our 1:1 sessions are taught all year around (term dates for our Incredible Me small group sessions are posted on our website each academic year). Additional 1:1 sessions can be arranged, but we require students to commit to weekly sessions in term time. Once the session time and day has been agreed, that slot will be reserved for your child for the academic year. If you wish to alter your regular session time in the course of the academic year, 6 weeks’ written notice is required.

1.2 MISSED SESSIONS: If you miss a session with less than 24 hours’ notice, the session is lost and no refund will be given. If you are late for your session, the end time remains the same and cannot be extended to compensate.

1.3 STOPPING / CHANGING SESSIONS: If you wish to stop sessions, 6 weeks’ written notice is required. We cannot permit our tutors/facilitators to work privately for any families that have or have previously had sessions with Incredible Me, so please don’t ask them. This is also written into our tutors’ contracts.

1.4 TUTOR MISSING A SESSION: If your tutor misses a session at less than 24 hours’ notice, they will arrange for a replacement session at a mutually-convenient time.

Payment/Fees

2.1 PAYMENT OF FEES: We require session fees to be paid via monthly standing order, payable on the 1st of every month. If you would like to pay for extra sessions during the school holidays, these are booked and paid for on a session-by-session basis at the set hourly rate. If session fees are not received on time, you will receive one free reminder. If fees are not then paid within a week of this reminder, you will be charged a £25 administration fee and your child’s sessions can be cancelled at our discretion until fees are paid. If you are having trouble paying session fees, please do contact us to discuss this.

2.2 PAYMENT STRUCTURE: Monthly session fees cover sessions during term-time (our term dates are posted on our website), with payment for those sessions divided down into 12 equal monthly payments to spread the cost over the whole calendar year.

2.3 CHANGES TO FEES: You will always receive at least 6 weeks’ notice of any increase in fees. There will never be more than one price increase in any academic year.

What you can expect from us

3.1 Tutors will be DBS-checked, attend promptly for lessons, keep parents informed of progress, use inspiring and appropriate session material, encourage students to expand their learning, foster and model robust emotional wellbeing and support and encourage them to do their best.

3.2 Please be aware we may take photos / videos during our group sessions and may use these on our social media and websites. PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU DO NOT WANT ANY PICTURES OR VIDEOS OF YOU/YOUR CHILD TO BE PUBLISHED.
